The golden heart of our family stopped beating on her 67th birthday, a heart full of faith, love, honor, generosity and caring, one of God’s greatest gifts to the world.

Anna Marie Morgan was born Anna Marie Flynn on May 22, 1950 in Wendell, Idaho. She was the middle of three girls, born after Bonnie and before Judy to George and Susanne Flynn. The family moved to Carson, California during Anna’s school years, which is where she met her high school sweetheart and future husband Glenn. They were married for almost 46 wonderful years. They had two beautiful children, Matthew and Georgeann, who blessed them with five beautiful grandchildren, Jamie, Rebecca, Jeff, Kelly and Michael. Anna has been the best wife, mother and grandmother that anyone could ask for. She is a gift from God. She has always been smart, feisty, funny and sometimes goofy, talented and sweet, generous, patient, loving and beautiful. She had a great love for Jesus, all things family, our great country, and the ladies of her bible study. She also loved the NCIS TV show, traveling, her Stamping Up hobby, the Boise State Broncos, and even some crazy things like Sponge Bob Square Pants. She has been most content when making others happy from the shadows, and always shied away from the spotlight. She quietly helped make this world a better place.

Anna has been a very hard worker all of her life, and has had partial careers as an insurance claims adjuster and as the VP / office manager for the family’s alarm companies and appraisal company. She retired as an Ada County Deputy Clerk in 2014. She had been a dedicated and hard-working employee and had earned great respect from her co-workers. In addition to her outside employment, she has also been the greatest silent support behind the family’s businesses.

She has been a fearless fighter for what’s right. She fought the good fight against cancer for four years, but her fight has now ended. She will now receive her just reward in Heaven, but will be sorely missed by all who knew her on this earth. Our hearts are broken and we are devastated. But the family takes great comfort in knowing where she’s going, knowing how close she has always been to God in her unwavering faith, and knowing the family will all be together again.

Our family absolutely loved her, and she absolutely loved right back. “To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides” David Viscott

There is a star in the Heavens named after Anna, Star number 147-613, which is copyrighted and permanently recorded in the Star Catalog of the Library of Congress as Anna Marie Morgan. She, like her namesake star, will continue to brighten our lives, and will remain in our hearts for all time. When you look toward the Heavens, think of her.
