Beulah M. Case

Beulah M. Case, 95, of Nampa, Idaho went to be in Heaven for Christmas December 4, 2016. She was born in Berwyn, Nebraska on May 11, 1921 to George and Agnes Pirnie. She was raised and attended school in the same community.

She married her childhood sweetheart Cecil G. Case, on August 20, 1939.

She knew he was the one that when he, in the third grade, asked her to be his girl. From then on, they were inseparable. Cecil passed on September 4, 1988. To this union, they had three children, Karon, Darrel, and Gary. She later married Joy Torrey May 13, 1992. He passed November 7, 2003.

After marrying in Nebraska, Cecil and Beulah farmed an acreage there. In 1942 they lost everything to a tornado and made the decision to move to Idaho. In 1947 she and Cecil graduated from the Salvation Army College in San Francisco. After four years of Salvation Army service in Montana, they returned to Nampa, Idaho where she has since resided. She was a homemaker along with working at various jobs to help the family. After Cecil retired they enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling. She loved to crochet and made many afghans for nursing homes and tablecloths for family and friends. She has resided at Park Place Assisted Living since November 2010.

She is survived by her daughter, Karon Herald of Nampa; son Gary Case of Tucson, Arizona; sister Naomi Bramer of Amherst, Nebraska. Her son Darrel passed April 15, 2009. Also, survived by six grandchildren Curtis Herald of Nampa; Kelly Herald of Nampa; Tera Meier of Phoenix, Arizona; Jalene Case of Newport, Oregon; Douglas Case of Boise; and Chad Case of Boise; 8 great-grandchildren, and four step-sons and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Agnes Pirnie, Cecil Case, Joy Torrey, 9 siblings, and a grandson, Jim Herald.

We as family and friends grieve with her passing but we rejoice with her reunion with her God and Savior. Love You Mom.
