Jose Duarte Hernandez, 61, of Nampa, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 at a Boise Hospital. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the St. Paul's Catholic Church, Nampa. Burial will follow at the Mount Calvary Cemetery, Nampa.
