Gram was such a special lady, I loved to listen to her stories of Africa, she always spoke with such passion- especially when she would speak about the beautiful children that she had worked with. I loved it when she would in mid-sentence start speaking Norwegian and that pop back to English. Her passion for her beautiful collection of house plants- especially the flowers- they were always so spectacular, she could make anything grow. I am honored that I was given a beautiful piece that she had tatted a few years ago- I will treasure it always and think of Gram when I see it. I also feel so very blessed to have known both Solveig and Arne- and many of the rest of the family.
I wish you all peace during this time and take peace in knowing that Gram is in a beautiful place surrounded by her family and many friends. Thank you all for sharing Gram with me- she will be missed, but I know she will always be with us in our hearts.

What a wonderful lady Gram was. To all the Lenhartzen's and Gump's, my deepest sympathies for your loss. She led such an amazing life and taught you all so many wonderful things. May you take comfort in knowing you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
