Susana Torres

Susana Torres, age 81 of Nampa, Idaho passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 surrounded by all her children.

She was born in Tariacuri, Michuacan, Mexico on March 14, 1936. She met and married the love of her life, Elias and they had 9 children. She loved serving at Saint Paul’s Catholic Church until she was unable. Her hobbies were sewing, crocheting, quilting, and gardening but her passion was cooking and being around all her children.

Her husband Elias Torres, her parents Leonor and Dionicio Cerda, her daughter Aurorita, grandson Andy Torres and her three brothers preceded Susana in death.

Susana is survived by her children, Hector (Jimena) Torres of Nampa; Javier (Cindy) Torres of Caldwell; Chava (Leti) Torres of Nampa; Martha (Roy) Hall of Meridian; Rosa (Ramon) Lebron of San Antonio Texas; Danny (Karen) Torres of Nampa; Jesse Torres of Nampa; and Martin (Danielle) Torres of Nampa; 20 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; 5 sisters and 1 brother.

A Recitation of Rosary will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday May 31, 2017 at the Nampa
Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Thursday June 1, 2017 at 11:00 am at St Paul’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Cemetery. An online guestbook is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com
