Cayla Ann Danenberg

Cayla Ann Danenberg was born June 27, 1995 to Robin and Joseph Danenberg. On May 17, 2016, Cayla and her best friend Tiffany were driving back to Moscow on I-95, (they had just passed Lucille) when they were involved in a car accident where the car plunged into the Salmon River after flipping, landing on the roof. Cayla was presumed drowned. Cayla was missing for a year and a half. She was discovered by two hunters, in a desolate part of the river.

Cayla was a beautiful young lady, who always tried to be better than she was the day before. Cayla was born on her mother's twenty-sixth birthday. Cayla loved sharing her birthday with her Mom. She brought a lot of joy and happiness to everybody she came in contact with. Cayla graduated from Columbia High School, where she was involved in FFA and graduated with high honors. Cayla loved to spend time with her brother. She was attending U of I at the time of her death.

Cayla was preceded in death by her father, her aunt, a maternal grandma, a maternal aunt, maternal uncle, maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents and paternal aunts and uncles. 

She is survived by her mother, Robin, her brother, Paul, her aunt Kelly, uncle Tim and three cousins. She will be missed by all.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Crossroads Community Church, Nampa. Arrangements are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel.
