Neva was born on May 21,1930 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Raymond and Luda Neva Kifer. She attended Bethany Nazarene College in the fall of 1949, where she met Joe H Bozeman and they were married in April of 1952 in Stillwater, OK. In their years together, they pastored Nazarene churches in Caruso Springs and San Marcos, Texas; Banner, MO; McCune and Cherryvale, KS; Las Animas, Wray, Thornton, Glenwood Springs and Eastside Denver, CO. Neva was a faithful pastor's wife and a wonderful mother for her family and she made sure that her family had everything they needed to grow up in the love of the Lord and love of the family. If it could be made she figured it out. She was the best seamstress around, nobody had the same clothes. She became a bridal consultant for over 30 years in Denver, CO and has made all the wedding dresses in the family from her own to all the granddaughters each unique to each child. Crocheting, sewing, to porcelain dolls and anything else that she had seen that she wanted she would find a way to make it.
She is survived by three children, Michael D. Bozeman, Roswell, NM; Pamela J. Cross, Nampa, ID and Timothy J, Bozeman, Highland Ranch, CO.; Eight grandchildren , Alethea Hartwell, Lynetta Zuber of Roswell, NM, Michael R Bozeman of Gunison, CO, Cherie' Bentley of Spokane Valley, WA, Cathleen Cross of Caldwell, ID, Mark T Bozeman of San Diego, CA, Aneva Jeppson of Driggs, ID and Karl Bozeman of Springfield MO; 12 great grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Rev F Pat Bozeman, 10 Nieces and Nephews.
