Oscar Melvin Nelson, 93, of Nampa, died April 30, 2019 at his home. A funeral service to honor and celebrate his life will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the Nampa Lutheran Brethren Church. Burial will follow in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
