I had known Phyllis in college at NNU. Then reconnected when I moved to Idaho a few years ago. She became a dear friend and confident. She had so many wonderful qualities and so gifted,
but the one that stood out was she was a wonderful confidant and listener. I will miss her and our friendship.

Phyllis has been a special friend for many years. She made our visit to Japan so memorable as she shared the beauty there. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her but she is rejoicing in Heaven now. Love and prayers to her family.

With love and respect for Phyllis and families. Her father EB Harley married us in the parsonage at First Church Of Nazarene in 1963. We will cherish the many memories and fellowship growing up with the Hartley girls in our youth. God Bless.

Will miss my dear sweet Aunt Phyllis. So glad I got to spend some time with her when I was in Nampa in July. As a young awkward girl in Japan and then after we came back to the states she took me shopping several times to help me pick out some stylish clothes. So when I was with her in July I recognized her outfit as being from Chicos - one of my favorite stores as she said it was hers too. I told her she had trained me well. We had a good laugh. My memories are all happy ones except for when I took her shorthand class at Vallivue High School and didn't do so well. She wasn't very happy with me. My hear is hurting for her loss, but thankful she is in the arms of Jesus!! Hugs to all of you.
