On April 27, 2018, Richard Tiki Raass, 75, of Nampa, Idaho was reunited with his wife, Paulette and grandson, Jacob Flores.
Richard was born on the Island of Tonga to Atelea “Lolo” and Vika Raass on April 7, 1943. When he wasn’t taking care of his garden, he was enjoying his second favorite thing to do, fishing.
