Taber J. Herrera

Taber J. Herrera, 21, of Nampa ID passed away June 20, 2018 in Boise as a result of injuries sustained in motor vehicle accident. He was born April 28, 1997 in Nampa, the son of Jaime and Paula (Asselin) Herrera. He graduated from Skyview High School in 2015. Taber was a hardworking, caring and loving young man. He was a painter for Adam’s Painting, Boise. He enjoyed being with friends and family and played basketball, soccer and loved his Xbox. Taber was always there for everyone and always found time for his family and friends.

Taber is survived by his parents Jaime and Paula and her fiance, Dave Adams, from Nampa, his brother Trey of Nampa, he also leaves his maternal grandparents George and Donna Asselin of Nampa; his uncle Mel and his wife Claudia Herrera, San Jose, CA; his uncle Javier and his wife Becky Herrera, Boise and his Uncle Mike and his wife Shannon Asselin of Nampa. His cousins Bryce, Devin, Mandy, and Eli. And numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and last his closest of friends Jared, Jacob, Joey and Aaron. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Melchor and Emma Herrera.

A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate his life will be held at 2 PM on Friday, June 29, 2018 at  2:00 PM at the Nampa First Church of the Nazarene 601 16th Ave S, Nampa, ID 83651. Interment will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. There will be a time of visitation and viewing at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Ave. So. on Thursday evening from 6 – 8 PM.
