Ann was born in Mitchell, South Dakota on April 7th, 1925 to Lawrence and Ferne Flynn, When Ann was 3 months old her family moved to Birmingham, Michigan. Ann lived there until she graduated from Birmingham High School. After graduating from high school, Ann held several jobs; the last being secretary to the City Treasurer. When Ann was 20 years old she moved with her family to Nampa, Idaho where her father worked for the City of Nampa. She met her husband Robert Lee on a blind date set up by her cousin. They married on August 28, 1948 and had six children, Christy, Claudia, Julie, David, Byron and Stacy. After marrying her husband they moved to Kuna, Idaho where they lived for 11 years. They then bought a ranch in Huntington, Oregon where they lived for 6 years and then moved to Cambridge, Idaho where Bob took a superintendent of schools position. They also bought a ranch while living in Cambridge and lived there for 10 years. After graduation of their youngest child, they sold their ranch and moved to Emmett, Idaho where they lived for 6 years. Then Ann and Bob bought a farm between Nampa and Caldwell and lived there until Bob retired from farming. Ann is survived by her six of her children, Christy Carter, Claudia Elmore (Larry), Julie Martindale (Lonnie), David Lee (Theresa), Byron Lee (Sarah) and Stacy Freiburghaus (Brian), 18 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren, one sister Helen Kaye (Bill) Thackery from West Linn, Oregon and two nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob) Lee, her parents Don and Ferne Flynn, Son-in-law, Jeff Novak and grandson, Tyler Novak Ann was a stay at home mother who loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren more than anything in the world. She loved cooking and loved to entertain family and friends in her home. She loved pouring over cookbooks and recipes to see what delicious food she could prepare for people. Another love of hers was her new IPhone purchased just a year ago. At the age of 87 her children taught her how to text and oh how she loved being able to keep in touch with her children through texting and face time if she couldnt reach them by telephone. She also learned how to take pictures with her phone, although she hadnt quite got the hang of that yet. Ann was a member of the Nazarene Church for 65 years and served on the church board in Weiser, Idaho. She was a woman of deep faith and strong conviction.
