Annie Kraus Obituary Annie May Kraus, 97, passed away on December 21, 2020. She was born on May 22, 1923 to Courtney and Grace Wallraff Smith in Porter County, Indiana, the second of 8 children. She married Estel Kraus in 1947, a marriage that lasted 60 years until Estel's death in 2007. They moved their family to Idaho in 1965, and Ann had lived near Nampa for the last 30 years. She was predeceased by her husband, her parents, her oldest brother Grant, and her youngest sister Susan. She is survived by her brothers Dave and Dan; her sisters June, Marguerite, and Eunice; her 5 children, Kate (Sharon) Grace, Mark (Leisa) Kraus, Evelyn (Terry) Perryman, Kristin (Rick) Joseph, and Delight Kraus (Chris Runge); plus, a crowd of grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family plans a remembrance gathering and celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel where an online guest book and full obituary is available.
