Betty Eggebraaten Obituary Betty Ann Eggebraaten, 95, of Boise, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018 at a Boise care facility. There will be a time of visitation and viewing at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Ave. So. on Thursday evening, June 21, 2018 from 6 to 7:30 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa. An online guest book is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com Betty was born on November 12, 1922 in Emmett, Idaho. She married Rev. Clarence Lester Eggebraaten on June 1, 1941 in Prineville, Oregon. Together they ministered in the Church of the Nazarene in various northwest states including: Idaho, Oregon and Washington. In 1970 they moved to Nampa. Clarence preceded her in death in 1987 and following his death she moved to Boise to live with her son who has cared for her. Betty was a member of the College Church of the Nazarene. Betty is survived by her son, Gerald Lynn Eggebraaten, Boise; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Donald; a daughter, Elaine; 2 brothers, Lyle and Kenneth Sabin and 2 sisters, LaRae Hoyle and Audrey Rickard.
