Betty was born and raised in Nampa by loving parents who nurtured her and her twin brothers Jim & Jerry. There was a special family bond everyone who knew the Fosters could see the love and respect this close knit family shared with each other. Betty was 15 when the boys were born. She was a like a second mom to Jim and Jerry and they knew Betty was always going to be there for them and in her golden years the boys were there for her and Pat Sr. Betty met the love of her life Pat Luke Sr. He was the football star and she became the Football Queen Betty and Pat had a true love story that spanned 70 years. Betty started a new chapter in her life when she became a mom; she adored her son Pat Jr. Betty decided to go back and finish high school when she was 25 years old. Lots of the senior boys at Nampa High asked Betty out on more than one occasion. After obtaining her diploma Betty then went on to become an x-ray technician and eventually head of the x-ray department at Mercy Hospital where she worked for over 20 years. After Betty retired from the hospital she started to indulge herself in one of her favorite hobbies. Shopping for the perfect BLING! She opened up 920 Boutique in Nampa so she could indulge and share her love and passion for the finer things in life with others. Betty fondly referred to herself as the Queen of Bling Anyone who knew Betty and had the privilege of coming to one of her parties or attending Christmas with her knew what it meant to be in the company of Royalty! That is the way Betty treated her family and friends. Her tables were gorgeous, her gifts were wrapped beautifully and she always had room for an extra person. Betty had a way of making everyone she met feel special. She especially loved time with her grandson Shaun and her nieces Stephanie, Ashtyn and Rylee. Betty is with Pat Sr. her mom, dad and baby brother once again, we are sure she is dancing, and having a wonderful time in her new mansion with all the crystal and bling she could ever hope for. She leaves behind: Son; Pat Luke Jr., Brothers; Jim( Susan) Foster, Jerry (Debi) Foster, Grandson; Shaun Luke, Nieces; Stephanie Gibbons(Loyal), Andrea Gibbons, Erin Gibbons, Ashtyn Foster, Madison Foster and Rylee Foster, Taylor Cary.
