Caleb Rick Lines

Caleb Ricks Lines came into the world on 7 March 1988, in Yuma, Arizona. He lost his battle with the demon that is depression on 2 September 2026, in Lonsdale, Minnesota.

Caleb was the tenth of twelve children born to Alvin and Shirley (Ricks) Lines - their fifth son. As a child, Caleb was the leader of the three youngest boys. He loved to pull them around in their little red wagon that he attached with a chain to his bike. He made his older siblings very happy when he decided he was old enough to mow the family’s one acre yard at the age of five. Caleb loved to be outside. He was physically strong, and he loved to work. He had a fondness for John Deere tractors, cars, motorcycles, NCIS, Lego, and riding lawn mowers.

Caleb will be remembered most of all for his love of his children. They were his main focus and the shining beacon in his life. He shared his love of the outdoors with his children by playing with them in the snow and taking them swimming. They also loved to go to Valleyfair as a family.

He will also be remembered for his amazing laugh and the light he brought to interactions with others. He loved fiercely. Caleb made friends wherever he went. From a young age he could often be found at church walking around saying hello to the adults, not because they were old but because they were his friends. He loved the Lord and had a testimony of His Savior, Jesus Christ. He was happiest when he was serving others and serving the Lord.

Caleb was welcomed into the spirit world by his mother, Shirley, his Auntie Leonda, his sister Emily, and grandparents. He leaves behind his sweet children, Victoria and Max; his father and stepmother, Alvin & Arlene; siblings, Camela (Jeremy) Ehmke, Jacob (Jaime) Lines, Isaac (Adelle) Lines, Jeanae (Mike) Davidson, Meridee (Rob) Smith, Abram (April) Lines, Buzz (Hannah) Lines, Allie (Travis) Richardson, Micah (Erin) Lines, and Elias (Ruth Ann) Lines; 48 beloved nieces and nephews; five great nephews and one great niece; six step-siblings and their families; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
