Carmen Renon Obituary Carmen Barboa Galaviz Renon was born in Phoenix Arizona on April 03, 1926. Carmen married Florentino "Paul" Renon on March 15, 1943 in Tempe, AZ. They lived in Phoenix, Arizona until moving to Nampa, Idaho in 1949. After moving to Nampa, Idaho, Carmen worked for Tiegs Farms with her husband. Carmens passion was caregiving. She spent many years as an in-home health provider for the Emerson and Duvall Families. She also, would spend her time with critical patients in the ICUs at St. Lukes and St. Alphonsus hospitals as a 24 hour sitter. After retiring from caregiving, Carmen worked in the bakeries at JBs and JJ Norths, where she was proud to show off all of her baked goods, especially the strawberry pies. Carmen held many titles, her most favorite of all was Mom and Grandma. Carmen loved her family with her whole heart. There is nothing she wouldnt do for any of them. From birthdays to graduations, weddings, baby showers, or any of lifes milestones, Carmen was always present with helping hands and love in her heart. Carmen was a devout Catholic. She was strong in her faith and attended Mass regularly. When she was unable to attend church physically, she received blessings and communion at home up until the time of her passing. Carmen passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on November 14, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Crisoforo and Carmen Galaviz, her brothers Henry, Abraham, Felix, Cristopher, Joe, and Bobby, her beloved sister Trini and her youngest son Paul. Carmen is survived by her son Florentino "Tino" Renon (Ann), her daughters Marge Renon and Alice Weigel. Her grandchildren Jeff Renon (Stacy), Rick Weigel, Holly Weigel (Ryan), Christina Weigel (Brian), Melissa Moulton (Dakota), Amy Gibson (Bill), Maranda Renon (Phil), Shane Renon (Amber), Mabel Renon, Damien Renon, and Adam Renon. 17 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren.
