Clifford Eugene Whittaker was born June 23, 1952 in Boise, Idaho. Clifford died at home of natural causes on January 28, 2012 in Nampa, Idaho.
Clifford attended Franklin Elementary, North Junior High and graduated from Boise High School in 1970. After high school Clifford worked for various employers; he was longest employed at McDonalds in Nampa. Currently, he was working part time at Meridian Developmental Center where he also received skills training. Clifford truly enjoyed riding his bicycle and would go almost anywhere on it. He especially enjoyed attending the Saturday Farmers Market in Nampa. Clifford liked people and would go out of his way to get to know the vendors and entertainers. He liked to help people and would always pitch in with loading and unloading if given the opportunity.
Clifford attended church at the 19th ward in Nampa and had also attended First Southern Baptist Church in Caldwell and Church of the Open Door inNampa.
Clifford was loved very much by his family and will be missed. He is survived in death by his father, Harold E. Whittaker of Boise; his brother, James Whittaker and sister-in-law Karen of Caldwell; nieces Carrie Sisneros of Boise and Kristy Lough of Homedale, and nephew, Jacob Whittaker of Boise, and their families.
He was preceded in death by his mother Carrie Garnet Whittaker, Brother William and Sisters Carolyn and Shirley.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Burial will follow in the KohlerlawnCemetery, Nampa.
