Cynthia Nelson Obituary Cynthia Jane 'Cindy' Nelson, 72, of Melba, Idaho passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023, at home, surrounded by her loved ones. Cindy was born on April 2, 1950, in Oakland, California to Manuel Pino and Nellie McGinnis. Cindy was raised in Hayward, California by her father Manuel and Elaine Pino. In 1974 Cindy married Bill Nelson, and they were happily married for the past 49 years. Cindy had a passion for showing horses, working cow dogs, hunting, fishing and helping her husband on the ranch. Cindy is survived by her husband, Bill Nelson; and sons, Jay Nelson (Kara), Bill Nelson (Shanna); grandchildren Emma, Taya, Maddie, Trevyn, Adalynn and Jayce. Cindy was preceded in death by her parents. Cindy was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will forever be in our minds and hearts.
