Cynthia Wilson Obituary Cynthia Cooper Wilson, 81, of Nampa, Idaho, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Cynthia was a beloved wife to Jack Wilson of 54 years, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who brought light and love into the lives of everyone who knew her. Cynthia found joy in her passions, including quilting, camping, bowling, golfing, fishing, and snow birding in Arizona for many years. Her intricate quilts were not only works of art but also cherished gifts for her family and friends. She loved the great outdoors and spent countless days making memories while camping and fishing with her loved ones. Above all, Cynthia treasured her family and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Jack Wilson; children, Trudy (Mike) Squibb, Deena (Joe) Kroll, and Darin (Michelle) Wilson; six grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren; and sister, Bev Shaw. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Daphne Cooper; son, Kevin Wilson; brother, Dave Cooper; and sisters, Phyllis Friend and Diane Stisitis, who all now lovingly welcomes her home. Cynthias kindness, creativity, and dedication to her family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and strength lives on in those she leaves behind. A celebration of Cynthias life will be held on March 13th at 12:00 pm, at Nampa Elks located at 1116 1st Street South, Nampa. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Wildland Fire Fighter Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the families of fallen and injured wildland firefighters.
