Born Daniel Joseph Drew on February 16, 1961 to Conrad and Crystal Drew in Detroit, Michigan. I was born with "special needs" to a family of 3 older brothers, Larry, Jim and David, and a sister Sue. I have enjoyed Special Olympics, doing bowling, swimming, track and was the basketball "coach" After my parents passed I continued to live in California until moving to Idaho to live with my sister Sue , brother-in-law Eric and her family. I have lived a full and happy life, enjoying camping, fishing, bowling and just fun times with my family. Survived by brothers James Drew of Irving, CA; David Drew of Bullhead City, AZ; and my sister and caretaker Connie Blechinger of Nampa, ID; and to many nieces and nephews to name in California, Arizona and Idaho Preceded in death by my parents, Conrad and Crystal Drew and brother Larry Drew. We sat beside your bedside, Our hearts were crushed and sore; We did our best to the end, 'Til we could do no more. In tears we watched you sinking, We watched you fade away; And though our hearts were breaking, We knew you could not stay. You left behind some aching hearts, That loved you most sincere; We never shall and never will Forget you Danny dear.
