Dawayne Volk Obituary Dawayne F. Volk, 77, Of Wilder Idaho passed away peacefully on Sunday February 27, 2022. Dawayne was born in North Dakota. The oldest of seven. In the 1950's the family moved to Idaho. He was an avid truck driver, traveling mostly in the western states and spent four years in U.S.M.C. He is survived by four brothers, Tim Volk (Vicky), Hap Volk (Karen), Myron Volk (Deon), Les Volk (Theresa), one sister Lucrectia Lyon and one stepson Jamie Kratz and stepdaughter Shawna Manning and numerous grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Also, a long-time special friend Darlene DeGroat of Nampa. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Rebecca Volk and one sister Sandra Craig and a son Travis Volk. A special thanks to Family Life Memory Care, Carrie, Tina, Savanah and Liz, who took such good care of Dawayne until his final days. Graveside services will be held March 25, 2022, at 11:00am at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens on Karcher Rd. Nampa Idaho. Service will be officiated by Pastor Dana Brooks.
