Dolores U Higel Wright passed away quietly at home on January 28, 2015. She was 94. Dolores was born at home on August 30, 1920, the oldest of three children. A native of Bruning, Nebraska, Dolores married Burdette Wright in August 1938 and relocated to Nampa, Idaho, where they farmed for over 50 years. Dolores worked for Idaho Potato Processors, retiring only when they ceased operations. She had a personal relationship with her Lord and was looking forward to seeing Him face-to-face. Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Burdette, her parents Louie & Alice, and by her brother, Donald Higel. She is survived by her sister, Lois Louwan Fangmeier, son Roger (Connie), granddaughter Jodi, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, Jan. 30, 2015 at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Caldwell. The family wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to St. Luke's Hospice, especially Sarah, Iris, Katherine & Lee, for their loving care of Mom during this time.
