Duane Douglas Higel, 62, passed away suddenly on June 9th, 2016. He is survived by the love of his life, Theresa (Terrie) Higel, their two boys, Matthew and Andrew and granddaughter, Sofia. He is also survived by his brother/best friend, DeWight Higel (Zoe),of Nampa, sister Donna Higel Flores (Dan)of Vancouver Wa, and sister Dayle Higel Winbigler, and two nephews Ian and Joe Winbigler, all of Caldwell. Duane and Terrie had just celebrated 39 years of marriage last weekend. He was a former member of the Air National Guard and retired after many years from the Boeing Company, formerly McDonnell Douglas, and traveled to many places throughout the world with the company. Duane loved to tinker with cars and motorbikes and was very proficient in all he did. He will be sorely missed as a loving husband, father, brother and friend. We love you, Duane, and will miss you until we see you in Heaven..
