Dwight Austin Dexter, 70 passed away peacefully at home on October 28, 2025.

He graduated from Toppenish High School in 1974. He served in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 1994 and retired with the rank of Master Sargent

Dwight loved to work with his hands. He painted motorcycles and cars, taught himself woodworking. He made our dining table and chairs. He also made flag cases he sold to funeral homes for Veterans. He learned stain glass and made many pieces for family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Barbara Dexter, his children Austin J. Dexter (Amanda), Julie A. Perry (JL), sister Kathy Dexter Ridgway (Jody) and brother Michael Dexter.

His grandchildren, Austin Buttkus, Skyler Fales, Dwight Fales, Devon Fales, Donavon Fales ((Kaila), Travis Perry, Hailey Miraz (Kieran) Madison Dexter and Ethan Dexter

Funeral Service will be held December 1,2025 at 11 am at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise.
