Dylan Hixon was taken from us too soon on February 26th in Nampa,Idaho at the young age of 15. Dylan is survived by his parents Darlene and Christopher Hixon; siblings, Hayley 19, Alyssa 18, Kerstyn 13 and Pacey 5 Hixon; and his grandparents, Beverly Roberts, Dick Hixon, and Pamela Carter. He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Alton Cruse 5-5-16. Dylan was born on April 17th 2001 in Concord, California to Darlene and Christopher. He was a part of the 2018 graduating class of Nampa Senior High School. He played the trombone and was an active and dedicated member of the Nampa High Marching Dogs and the Jazz band. Dylan was very accomplished in school and with his many abilities. He was a sweet and loving individual who loved music and who was passionate about his family and pets. Especially his cat Chewy. He loved to play video games and build all sorts of different things. He was a member of Harvest Life Church which he attended with his family. A funeral is scheduled for March 6th at Harvest Life Church. Pastor Dave will officiate the ceremony. The viewing is from 5-7pm and services from 7-8pm. His family would love for you to share a memory, poem, quote, song, or thought in the guest book when you arrive, as some of their comfort is coming from hearing about Dylan from others.
