Efren Medina Obituary Efren Medina was a loving son, father, and grandfather. He passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 62 in his home in Nampa, Idaho. He was born to Junior "Papa" Medina and Norma Medina on December 11, 1959, in Los Angeles, where he worked at UPS for over 35 years as a member of the Teamsters. He moved to Idaho shortly after he retired at the age of 55. He spent most of his retired life spending time with his grandkids. Efren loved history, sports, traveling and spending time with his family, especially his beloved mother, sons, and grandchildren. He was always full of life and had a way of making people smile. He had a great passion for BBQ and loved to cook for his family. Efren is survived by his mother Norma, brother Steve, former spouse Janet, two loving sons Efren and Leonard, and his beloved grandchildren, Emily, Efren, and Ella. Efren will be honored at a service on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 5:00 PM at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel in Nampa, Idaho.
