Eric Willis Obituary Eric Brandon Willis, a beloved father, cherished papa, loyal friend, and loving husband, passed away at the age of 56 in Melba, Idaho after a courageous battle with cancer. Eric was born on March 26, 1968, in Bishop, California to William Smith and Claudina Willis. He brought joy and warmth to all that knew him. He was known for his thoughtful character to his family and friends, Erics kindness and generosity left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Eric was a loving partner to Angie. They shared a deep bond, and they provided each other with unwavering support and love for the past thirteen years. As a father, he was tough but giving, he tried to provide all his children with guiding wisdom and care. His role as papa was one that he treasured deeply, bringing smiles and laughter to his grandchildrens faces. Erics loyalty and friendship were unmatched, and he was a source of strength, support, and humor to those close to him. Eric found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved nothing more than spending time outdoors, whether it be casting a line fishing, cruising down the open road on his beloved Harley, or honing in on his marksmanship skills while shooting his gun at the local range. After a day of adventure Eric loved to kick back with family and friends, savoring a cold beer, cooking, and sharing stories of the day. Erics loyalty and friendship were unmatched, and he was a pillar of support to those that were fortunate to know him. His genuine kindness and compassionate nature endeared him to all who knew him, and his loss leaves a void that can never be filled. Erics legacy of love will be remembered by his friends and family. He is survived by his spouse, his siblings, his children, and grandchildren, and by a community of loved ones who will miss him dearly. He is preceded in death by his mom Claudina and father William.
