Faith (Lee) Williams, 99, of Nampa, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday evening, April 21, 2015. Faith was born on November 1, 1915, in Palco, Kansas, the seventh of nine children born to Robert and Maude Lee. She was raised and educated in Palco. In 1936 Faith and her family moved to Idaho where she secured employment with a banker in Caldwell caring for his children and keeping house. In 1940 she began working for Swift and Co. processing eggs, chickens and turkeys. When Sears opened their new store in Caldwell in 1949, she began her employment with them and worked in the audit Department for 22 years until she retired in 1971.

Following a retirement trip to Africa and Europe, Faith returned home and married Rev. Earl Williams, a pastor and evangelist in the Church of the Nazarene, on May 30, 1971. Earl and Faith pastored the Nazarene Church in Elgin, Oregon, for the next five years. In 1976 they were called to the Nazarene Church in Provo, Utah, where they pastored until Earl retired in 1982 and the couple moved to Nampa.

After Earls death in 1988, Faith enjoyed traveling with friends and family, volunteering for the Care House and serving in various ministries at Lakeview Church of the Nazarene where she was a member. Since 2001 she made her home at Karcher Estates along with her sister Ruth who preceded her in death. Faith is survived by dearly loved nieces and nephews and their children, among them Deanna Lee Wilde (Ron), of Nampa, and Bette Fluetsch Lee (Kenny, deceased) of Boise.

A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Ave. So. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. There will be a visitation at the Nampa Funeral Home on Monday morning from 10 11 AM.
