Frances Jane Foreman was born January 29, 1935 to Jesus and Elena Serratos in St. Paul, Minnesota. She passed away on August 6, 2015. Frances graduated from high school in 1953. She married Kirby Foreman on December 28, 1957. During her lifetime she worked at Nampa High School in Idaho and St. Lukes Hospital in Colorado. She is survived by her husband Kirby Foreman; 4 children, Diana Holman (Richard), Tom Foreman, Gary Foreman and JoAnne Estabrook (James). She also has 8 grandchildren, Stacie Miller, Nick Pfeifer, Jessica Starks, Megan Foreman, Kavin, Koby, Kaden and Konner Estabrook and 6 great grandchildren. A funeral service to honor and celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015 at the Oreana Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Oreana Cemetery.
