Fred Neidermyer, 66, died Friday, February 20th, 2026, as a passenger in a tragic single-car accident. A memorial service will be held at Golgotha Fellowship on Thursday, February 26th, in Nampa, Idaho.
Fred was born on August 3rd, 1959, in San Jose, California. His passion for hunting started while duck hunting at his dad, George Triphon’s hunting club in Dixon, California. This love grew even more when his kids joined him to go bird hunting. One of his favorite things was going up to the family property to hunt, stargaze, and simply appreciate the beauty of God’s creation with his boy, Harrison. Fred had an incomparable love for life and family that was evident in everything he did.
From the encouraging conversations to the calls to simply say how proud he was and how much he loved you, there was no one like him. His family was so loved and cherished by him. His wife, Suzanne, was the love of his life and his best friend. The love that Fred had for her can never be condensed into words.
His children were his pride and joy, and everything they did mattered to him. You couldn’t have a conversation with Fred without him bringing them up. He was so proud of the mother that his daughter Madison is, and Fred loved every second that he got with his granddaughters, Sawyer and PJ. There are so many people that he loved, too many to name. His family and extended family were blessed beyond measure. Fred was a husband, a father, a son, a brother, Poppy, and a best friend to many.
Fred is survived by his wife Suzanne, of 33 years; son Harrison and fiancé Maddie, daughter Madison, son-in-law Daniel, and granddaughters Sawyer and PJ; sisters Mindy and Tammy.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents.
