Gloria was born in Texas on November 15th, 1943 to Miguel and Elvira Molina. In the evening hours of February 23rd, 2016 our beloved Gloria passed away at Intermountain Medical Center in Utah with family at her side.
Gloria grew into a young woman in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas where she met the love of her life, Cruz Adame Sr. After getting married the pair traveled to Idaho to build and start a family together. Cruz worked as a farmer while Gloria dedicated her life to raising their nine children. For Gloria, family was everything; caring for her children, and eventual grandchildren, was her reason for living and her primary source of happiness. Her heart resided in her family, and she will be forever cherished for that.
In addition to being the familys matriarch; Gloria enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and tending to her beautiful rose garden. In her latter years she loved watching her novelas, reading the bible every night, and playing bingo. She loved a good mani/pedi in her favorite color purple, and was rarely seen without dangly earrings. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Gloria was a kind and loving soul with a resilient spirit who always carried a big smile on her face.
En nuestros momentos de deulo es muy importante que nosotros recordamos su cita favorita:
Un dia la vez ... Un dia la vez...
(In our moments of mourning it is important that we remember one of her favorite quotes: One day at a time... one day at a time...)
Gloria was preceded in death by her loving parents Miguel and Elvira Molina, son Miguel Adame, husband Cruz Adame Sr, son-in-law Fructoso Basaldua Sr, and nephew 'Deli' De La Garza.
Gloria is survived by: Diana (Robert) Crispelle, Patricia Garcia, Ruben Adame, Brenda Adame, Cruz Adame Jr, Jesus (Yolanda) Adame, Adrian (Christina) Adame, Elias Adame, and Special Granddaughters Elvira Adame and Arycelle Adame. Gloria is also survived by 24 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
One of Glorias favorite bible verses was:
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life"
-John 3:16
Gloria was our Angel here on earth and will forever be missed by her loved ones.
