Jack Hall Obituary Jack Calvin Hall James C. Hall passed away on June 23, 2022 while at home. Jack was born on June 8, 1964, in Caldwell, Id to Carl and Patricia (Fuller) Hall. He was later adopted by James Givens. Jack lived in Idaho then moved to California, where he graduated from Ukiah High. After graduation he moved back to Idaho. Jack enjoyed video games, fishing, and traveling. Jack is survived by siblings, Diane, Monica and James. Adoptive Father James Givens and Carl Hall, numerous aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Jack was preceded in death by sister Brenda and mother Patricia. Graveside services will be held on July 12, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Canyon Hill Cemetery.
