Jack Kraus Obituary Jack Kraus, 72, of Nampa, went home to the Lord on September 12, 2020 in Boise, Idaho. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am September 18, 2020 at Nampa Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gerald Brown of Sanctuary Cowboy Church, officiating. Jack was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to David and Margie Kraus on October 22, 1947. He attended Wendell schools later joining the Air Force when he was discharged, he moved to Nampa and married Judy Bowles. They had two children Nikki and Jimmy. He was employed by Restline/Homestyle Industries as a long-haul truck driver for 25 years. He then retired due to health issues. He loved the lord and reading the word every day as a faithful follower. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing pool. His favorite past time was teaching grandchildren about the great outdoors which he loved so much and making memories. He also looked forward to Saturday for bro days which included fun, lots of laughs and time to act like a kid again and little bit of craziness/adventures. Jack is survived by his wife Judy, children Nikki (Steve) Lehmann, Jim (April) Kraus, Jaque Johnson and Steven (Cathy) Kraus, brothers Charles Kraus, Gary (Mary) Kraus, brother-in-law Orin Bowles, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents David and Margie Kraus, stepfather Curly Hunter, In-laws Jess and Dorine Bowles, brother Ronald (Bette) Kraus, Sue Kraus and aunts and uncles. Memorials may be given to Nampa Funeral Home Yraguen Chapel, where memorial funds have been set up.
