James McCoy Obituary James Randall McCoy, known as Randy McCoy, 62 of Melba, passed away on June 17, 2021. He was born in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky on September 12,1958. Growing up he spent most of his time in North Carolina. He enjoyed fishing and hunting with his friends and family. He was a resident of Melba and he ran a backhoe business for over 30 years.He is survived by his wife, Sandy, his two sons, Dustin and Heath; his mother, Nancy, and his sister Cindy and brother Dan McCoy. He was preceded in death by his father Jim McCoy. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Burial will follow at the Wilson Cemetery in Owyhee County.
