Jason Thometz Obituary Jason Anthony Thometz, born July 12, 1978, passed from this world on June 3, 2021. He leaves behind his loving wife Alison and their 3 beautiful daughters, Isabel 11, Gabriella 8, and Lilianna 4 who were his heart and soul. He is also survived by his parents Therese & Ron Darco and Leo Thometz, and grandparent Carolyn Thometz and Ronald Darco Sr. He will be dearly missed by his brothers Matthew & (Kala) Thometz, Leo Thometz Jr & (Sabrina) and sisters Nichole & (Danielle) Maglet, Natasha Thometz, Tiffany Thometz and Angel Florczyk. His aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins will miss his loving heart and sense of humor. Jason had many lifelong friends and fellow soldiers he counted as extended family. Jason served in the Idaho Army National Guard over 20 years and served several deployments. His current rank was Sgt 1st Class. His recent assignment was in the Medical Detachment at its dental section NCOIC. He was also a member of the Idaho National Guard COVID-19 response task force and had recently been accepted into the Physician Assistants Program. Jason loved fiercely and unconditionally. His smile, sense of humor and contagious laugh filled a room. His passing is a tremendous loss to all who knew him.
