Jean Anderson-Rahr Obituary Jean Elizabeth Anderson-Rahr passed away peacefully at St. Lukes Hospital in Nampa, Idaho at 7:18pm on the night of March 29th, 2025. At eighty years of age, she crossed over to be with her lord God and many of her beloved family and friends. With a full life behind her, Jean entrusted her values of love, compassion, kindness and empathy to be upheld by her loving husband of sixty years, Robert (Bob), her sons and daughters-in-law, Todd (Dina) and Craig (Lisa), her grandchildren, Zachary, Elijah, Megan, and Owen, and her eldest brother Clair. She was preceded in death by her parents, father, Clair Duane Anderson, mother, Doris Peterson- Anderson, brother William and sisters Sandy and Nadine. Jean led a beautiful life filled with family and friends. She had an unmatched talent for allowing everyone she knew to feel special and seen. Each year she would send cards for all occasions to friends, family and extended family because she truly cared for every single one of them. Caring for others was Jeans true calling. As a Registered Nurse, Jean provided unmatched care to those that needed it most. She worked as a nurse in a variety of capacities and locations for many years. Later in her career, Jean spread her love through her faith as a Christian Education Director at Bothell First Lutheran Church in Bothell, Washington. Jean loved baking, sports, theatre, music, and scripture. She was passionate, steadfast, thoughtful, faithful, and unwavering, a true beacon of hope and light. She leaves behind the heavy hearts of those that knew her and will be missed greatly, but her light will live on through those that she has influenced and loved.
