Jeannette Louise Riggs, 66, of Nampa, graduated to Heaven on Wednesday, January 10, 2018, in a hospital surrounded by her family. She was born March 13, 1951 in Torrance, California to Robert and Marie Louise Owens. She graduated from Carson City High in Carson City, NV and was married to the love of her life, Thomas Riggs on April 9th, 1972. She is survived by her husband, Tom Riggs; daughters Shauna (Casey) Webb, Meagan (Nathan) Bath and Jeanine (Brad) Boster and her 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, step-father, brother and nephew. A Funeral to honor and celebrate her life will be held at 10:30, Saturday, January 13th, 2018 at the Lakeview Bible Church, 1010 W. Greenhurst Rd., Nampa, Idaho.
