Jeremy entered into Jesus' presence on May 15, 2011 at 3:10PM after a long struggle with liver disease.

Jeremy lived to bring Gods Glory through his worship with drums and other ways. Regularly recognized for his percussion-playing ability, he spent many hours with multiple worship bands in various venues and churches. Most recently he played at Christian Faith Center in Nampa.

Jeremy is survived by his wife Heidi Boehlke of Nampa; parents Jon and Melody Boehlke of Nampa; and two brothers Jonathan and Jacob both of Nampa.

Jeremy was born on July 24, 1987. He graduated from Nampa Senior High School in 2005. Heidi (formerly Trempert) and Jeremy married on June 7, 2008.
