Kari Knopp Obituary Kari LeAnne Knopp, 63, of Nampa, Idaho returned to live with her Heavenly Father February 14, 2021. She was born in Downey, California to Mary Lottini and Leland Williams. She grew up in California and eventually settled in Idaho where she earned her bachelors degree in education from Boise State University and raised her family. She found joy in spending time with friends, her children and especially her nine grandchildren. Her greatest joy was being a grandma and her grandchildren knew how loved they were! She enjoyed spoiling them with fun gifts, her time and her love. She enjoyed good music, good food, and a good book or TV series. She loved the companionship of her dog Bella and her cats Fran and Ollie. She was very active in rug hooking and quilting groups where she spent time visiting with friends. She loved being involved in her church and reaching out to other woman who needed a friend, a hug, or an encouraging word. She found her strength in strengthening others. She overcame many obstacles in her life to become a very compassionate, generous and thoughtful daughter of Heavenly Father. Her influence will be felt far and wide. Kari is survived by her mother Mary Iottini, and eight siblings. Her four children, Janae (Josh) Passer and James. Kelly (Chaya) Knopp and Hadley. Heidi (Todd) Tilby and Trevor, Alex and Clark. Emily (Jack) McLiver and Declan, Lucy, Cora, and Ivy. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 20th at 10:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 504 11th Ave North in Nampa. In lieu of flowers, take an opportunity to reach out to someone who may be feeling lonely or struggling with the weight of life and offer them some love and kindness.
