Kimery Taylor Obituary Kimery Nedrow Taylor Kimery Nedrow Taylor of Nampa, Idaho died peacefully in her sleep in her home on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at the age of 72. Kimmys greatest love in life were her children and grandchildren. She was a very devoted, giving, caring, and loving mother, aunt, sister, friend and neighbor. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Kimery was born in Ashton, Idaho to George and Gaylene Nedrow. She grew up working hard on the family farm where she learned to herd cows and drive tractor. She also learned to cook from her mom - a gift she shared with others throughout her life. She graduated from North Fremont High School with the class of 1968 and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in North Texas. She graduated from Ricks College and Boise State University. She married Wayne Taylor in 1981 and they were blessed with two daughters. They later divorced. She spent her career working at Fleetwood Homes for over 25 years. In that time, she only called in sick once. She was always early and always willing to stay late. She was an excellent cook, baker, homemaker, and skier. She loved to crochet and cross stitch and many people were blessed by her handstitched Christmas gifts. After her retirement, she kept busy serving others. She loved helping out with the grandkids and giving rides to friends wherever they needed to go. She enjoyed going home to Ashton to visit with family and spend time with her sister. One of her favorite activities was spending the day at Eagle Island with her family. She is survived by her beautiful daughters Mandi Taylor and Gaylene (Pica) Sanchez Martinez; grandchildren Gavin, Yvie, Angel, Ashton, Pedro and Carmen; and one great grandson Ezekiel; her brothers Ty (Cindy) Nedrow, Tuk (Patty) Nedrow of Ashton; and her sister Kristi (Scott) Richards of Idaho Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Gaylene Nedrow, grandparents George and Lela Nedrow and Myron and Myrtle Cordingley. Services will be held at the LDS 6th Ward, Canyon Building at 121 N. Canyon Street, Nampa Idaho at 11:00 am on Friday February 10. The family will meet with friends from 10:00 -10:45 am before the service. A viewing will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00 -7:00 pm at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel, 415 12th Ave. So., Nampa. Details will follow for a graveside service to be held in Ashton Idaho on her birthday on August 17, 2023.
