Larry David DeCoux, 75, decided enough was enough and on May 29, 2017 he went from Home to a place where good books are plentiful, beverages are forever flowing and good company is everlasting. He was born on December 27, 1941 to David F. and Dale T. DeCoux in Bellflower, California. On November 24, 1962, he married Claire Gervais and together had two children, son Paul Michael and daughter Michelle Antionette. He moved his family to Idaho in 1977 to be close to family and the outdoors. Shooting, fishing, camping, gardening, building and flying model airplanes were his passions as well as books of all kinds. Larry is survived by his wife Claire of 54 years; son Paul (Melanee); daughter Michelle (Scott); six grandchildren; and a brother Steve DeCoux. He was preceded in death by his parents Dave and Dale DeCoux; and a sister Rebecca Gervais. At Larrys request, there will be no service. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
