An online guest book is available at www.nampafuneralhome.com Lori was born in Nampa, Idaho, on December 11th, 1979, to Henry and Sandra Bierman. She was the youngest of four children, two brothers and one sister. Lori attended Nampa High School and later received her Medical Assistant certificate from Milan Institute in Nampa. Following her second liver transplant, Lori worked as an organ donor procurement technician, helping donors offer life-giving tissues to other transplant recipients. Later, she worked in an OB/GYN office in Nampa and Caldwell for several years. Lori was loved by patients and coworkers alike and created many wonderful friendships there. Loris favorite accomplishment was the birth of her son, Cameron (with her first husband and life-long friend, Gerald Overman), in December of 2005. Her greatest wish was to live to see Cameron become an adult, and she couldnt have been prouder of the incredible young man he has become. On January 19th, 2012, Lori married the love of her life, Ben Jantz, and happily welcomed his four wonderful children into her home and her heart. Lori is known for her unconditional love, her loyal friendship, her playful humor, and her warrior-like courage. Beginning at the age of 19, Lori fought valiantly through a life-threatening protein C deficiency, two liver transplants, Budd-Chiari Syndrome, kidney failure, Type I Diabetes, Takayasus Arteritis, Anal Cancer, and AML Leukemia, among many other ailments and procedures. Throughout it all, Lori wore her signature friendly smile, kept her incredible humor, and continually loved and served those around her. She will forever be loved and appreciated by all who knew her. Lori is survived by her husband, Ben Jantz; son, Cameron Bierman; stepchildren, Shaun (Lindsey), Bridgette, Heidi, and Claire; parents, Henry and Sandra Bierman; siblings Michael (Laurie), Melodi (Kyle), and John (Katie); two grandsons, Sawyer and Cason; and 22 nieces and nephews.
