Margaret 'Marge' Ford Obituary Margaret 'Marge' Ford. 94, of Nampa, passed away at Aspen Creek assisted living in Caldwell on Sept. 30,2024.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday the 8th at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell.
Margaret was born October 14,1929 in Chariton, Iowa, the daughter of Roy and Oneta Holliday. At a young age the family moved to Winterset, Iowa. She graduated from High School in 1947 in Winterset.
She married Robert Ford on April 9, 1951. Bob was in the Airforce and they lived in France, Guam, Texas and Maryland.
They moved back to Nampa in 1970. They bought Caldwell Bowl in 1980 and owned it until 2007. She was an avid bowler and treasured the friends she made while bowling. One of her favorite places to be was at their cabin at Warm Lake.
When Margaret moved back to Nampa, she received her LPN certificate in 1975.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her son Steven and her parents, two brothers; Dwayne (Freda) Holliday and Kenneth (Alberta) Holliday and a nephew Gary Holliday
