Maria Albesa Lara, 61, of Nampa, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at a Nampa hospital. Maria was born on September 27, 1950 in San Juan, Texas to Carlos and Guadalupe Cantu Flores. She was married to Nicolas Lara in 1971. He preceded her in death on Nov. 9, 2006. She is survived by: A daughter and son in law, Leonela and Juan Crispin of Nampa; A goddaughter, Loany Torres and her two children, Aaron and Destanee of Nampa; a godson, Jesse Fraye and his wife, Christha and their daughter, Anahi of Nampa; A godson, Adan Guevara of Caldwell; Four brothers all of Texas, Miguel, Juan, David and Carlos, Jr. Flores; Three sisters all of Texas, Maria Elva Ramirez, Elida Garcia and Leticia Salinas. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. Monday, March 19, 2012 at the Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at St. Pauls Catholic Church, Nampa. Private burial will be in the Kohlerlawn Cemetery, Nampa.
