Marilyn Ralls Obituary Marilyn Kay Ralls, 80, of Nampa, passed away on the 1st of April 2022, at home surrounded by family. Marilyn was born in Foster, Nebraska to James and Angela Bowling on the 7th of September 1941. She graduated from Nampa Senior High School in 1958 and then went on to attend Links Business College until 1959. She married Larry LaVerne Ralls on the 20th of March 1967 in Reno, Nevada. On the day of their 1st anniversary, they welcomed son, Monte LaVerne Ralls. A few short years later, they welcomed daughter, Renee Lyn, in June of 1971. Marilyn relished being a stay-at-home mom, but she also did her fair share of handling the family business, Idaho Pest and Tree Service. When Renee was in Junior High, she went to work for the Southwest District Health Department. Eventually, Marilyn retired so she could travel the world with Larry and begin building their dream home. Marilyn loved when the Idaho days grew warm so she could venture outdoors to tend to her flowers. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Larry, her sister, Peggy Steeves, her parents, Angela and James Bowling and stepson Robert Ralls. Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Renee (Louis) Sill ; her son, Monte (Desi) Ralls; her sons by choice, Tomas (Annie) Ponce, and Tony (Annie) Nguyen; her grandchildren, Megan (Zach) Van Komen, Angelia Sill, Tiffany Sill, Samantha (Drew) MacDonald and Erin Sill; and her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Olivia, Adan, Knox, Christian, Elian and Ian. The family of Marilyn would like to extend a special thanks to her beloved caregiver and dear friend, Verna. A memorial service will be held on the 11th of April at 1 pm at Nampa Funeral Home followed by interment at Hillcrest cemetery. The viewing will be held from 11 am to the time of the service. Larry and Marilyns nephew, Pastor Tim Doughty of Calvary Chapel, will be officiating. Arrangements are by Nampa Funeral Home.
