Obituary

In the early morning hours of Sunday, August 21st, 2016, Marjorie "Marge" Unice Dallmeier, 87, passed away peacefully at Karcher Estates in Nampa, Idaho. Although she struggled with dementia in the later years of her life, she retained her wit and sense of humor. Margie was born in Arnolds Neck, (Warwick), Rhode Island on July 14, 1929, the fourth of nine children of John and Vera (Matteson) Lineham. She left Rhode Island at the age of 21 for the warmer climate of Southern California and spent most of the next 60 years in the Pomona area. For the last six years, Marjorie lived with son, Frank, and his family in Nampa, Idaho. Margie was preceded in death by husbands John Thomas Stubblefield, Myrl Joseph Loskot, and George Martin Dallmeier; son, Thomas Lee Stubblefield; siblings Mildred Mae Macari, Grace Nina Galongo, Inis June Halstead, Richard Daniel Lineham, and Miriam Alice Bourgault; nieces Rosemary Elizabeth Coniglio, Jeanne Lee DiSalvo, and Lisa Melody Macedo. Margie is survived by daughter Janice Vera Sheehan (John) of Garner NC; and son Frank Wayne Loskot (Guadalupe) of Nampa, ID; grandchildren James (Patty) Stephen, Thomas, and LaMar (Kathy) Stubblefield; Aislinn, Brenna (Lucas Wright), and Kailie Sheehan; and Jonathan, Nancy, Kimberly, and David Loskot. Also survived by great-grandchildren Anthony, Andrew, and Lourdes Stubblefield; Stephen, Matthew, and Maranda Stubblefield; Ethan and Raymond Stubblefield; and Audrey (Sheehan) Jones; siblings John, William (Joan), and Rhoda Lineham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Marge was blessed to have such a large, loving family. She was well known in the family for being fun-loving and --always ready to laugh and have a good time. She enjoyed being able to get together with family, both near and far, and always made sure she had her camera ready. Margie regularly attended Episcopal churchs in Pamona, Ontario, Visalia, and Nampa. She volunteered regularly at church and in keeping in keeping with her love of second hand shops, she especially looked forward to helping out at the annual yard sale. A service of committal will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday September 2, 2016 at Visalia Cemetery with Fr Paul Gibbons of St. Paul's Angelican Church officiating. Receptions to follow at the Elks Lodge, 3100 W. Main St. Visalia, CA.
