Mary Prescott Obituary Mary Agnes Prescott, May 10, 1929 December 22, 2024, Boise, Idaho. Mary Agnes Swinney was born May 10, 1929, in Marsing, Idaho as the 10th child of James and Della Swinney. She was the youngest of the six sisters and three brothers. Only forty-seven days after her birth, her father, James O. Swinney suddenly passed away. Mary Agnes was raised by her mother Della M. Swinney on a farm in the Marsing area, graduating from Marsing High School. Mary Agnes met and married Nolan E. Prescott on March 18, 1950. Mary Agnes and Nolan moved to Hawthorne Drive in Boise where they raised their two sons Nolan II and Dwayne. Nolan and Mary Agnes were married for fifty-eight years. Nolan passed away in 2008. Mary Agnes is survived by her sons Nolan II (Karen) Prescott of Nampa; Dwayne (Anita) Prescott of Eagle; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. January 2nd, 2025, on Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, 15862 Indiana Avenue, Caldwell, Idaho.
