Michael Duane Howard

Michael was born October 25, 1952, in Nampa, Idaho, to the late Norma Gretchen Rosecranz Jensen and Oliver Berton Howard Jr. He graduated from Boise High School and worked a variety of jobs over the course of his life, including work at an abattoir.

He had a son, Isaac and a daughter Lee. He married Mary L. Howard in January 1990. Michael spent most of his life in the Treasure Valley and enjoyed fishing and gambling.

Michael is survived by his children, stepchildren, several grandchildren, and four siblings. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary; his parents, and three siblings.

Memorial services are being arranged by Nampa Funeral Home, Yraguen Funeral Chapel.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 20th, 2026, at 2pm at Nampa Funeral Home, 415 12th Ave S. Nampa, Idaho, 83651.
