Milton Dean Obituary Milton Lee Dean Milton "Mick" Dean passed into Heaven January 10, 2018. He was born on July 9, 1935 in Nampa, Idaho to John and Myrna Dean. He married Shirley Tindall in 1957. He graduated from Nampa High School, Northwest Nazarene College, and Oregon State with a PhD in Botany. He was a college professor, missionary and pastor. Survivors include his 3 children, Cindy (Tim and children Vanessa, Melinda and Geof), Tom (Jami and 5 sons, Bishop, Wyatt, Levi, Caleb and Roman), and Melinda (Dan and 2 girls Allyson and Chloe), 3 brothers (Carlyle, Cal & Lowell), and 2 sisters (Bernita & Myrna). Mick was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, of 45 years and his brother, Jay. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 3, 2008 at 7 pm in the Thomas Family Health Center on the NNU campus. A special invitation is extended to his Nampa Bulldog friends and teammates.
